The starting point

Workshop studios sell limited seats, but their bookings live in DMs, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Double bookings and no-shows cost real money — and existing tools are built for gyms, not creative studios.

What we did

We're building Bookoro on Next.js and Supabase: capacity-based scheduling, Stripe payments, automated confirmations, and a headless admin the studios run themselves. Designed mobile-first, because bookings start on Instagram.

The outcome

The platform is in active development with pilot studios lined up — and it doubles as our proof of how we ship SaaS: stack discipline, weekly releases, no agency chaos.
